Shipping policy

Made to order. Every FIDA item is printed after you order it by a Printify print partner, then shipped from their facility. Typical production time is 2 to 5 business days. Shipping time is on top of that.

Delivery estimates. United States: about 2 to 5 business days after production. Canada and Australia: about 10 to 30 business days after production. Other countries, where available: about 10 to 30 business days after production. These are estimates, not guarantees, and holidays and carrier delays can add time.

Where we ship. The shipping options and prices for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. If no shipping option appears for your country, we are not able to ship there yet.

Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout by item type and destination. Apparel and stickers are printed by different partners, so an order that contains both may show a shipping charge for each and may arrive as separate packages.

Tracking. You will get an email with tracking when each package ships. Tracking can take a day or two to show movement after the label is created.

Customs and duties. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country. These are set by your government, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address changes. Email support@fi-da.app right away if you need to change your address. We can update it if the order has not gone to production. After that we cannot redirect a package.

Problems with delivery. If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, see our Refund and returns policy or email support@fi-da.app with your order number.
