Terms of service

These terms cover purchases from the FIDA shop at shop.fi-da.app and from the shop page at fi-da.app/shop. The shop is operated by Harrisey Labs, LLC ("FIDA", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email support@fi-da.app.

The store. Our store runs on Shopify. Product listings, your cart and checkout are provided by Shopify, and Shopify processes your payment through Shopify Payments, PayPal or Venmo, depending on what you choose at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details. Items are produced and shipped by print partners through Printify. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Products. Our items are printed to order. Product images are mockups and the finished item can differ slightly in placement, color and fabric shade. Sizes follow the size chart on each listing. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or taxes, which are added at checkout. We may correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed; if that happens we will contact you and you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or where an item is unavailable, and we will refund anything you paid.

Shipping, returns and refunds. Delivery estimates, shipping charges and our approach to damaged, defective or lost items are set out in our Shipping policy and our Refund and returns policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property. The artwork, designs, names and logos on our products and site belong to Harrisey Labs, LLC or are used under license. Buying an item gives you the item, not the right to reproduce the artwork.

Accounts and communications. If you create a Shopify customer account or opt in to marketing at checkout, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. We will still send emails needed to complete your order.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
